Gemeinsam.Lokal.Forschen. Einblicke, Tipps und Praxisbeispiele aus dem Wettbewerb: Auf die Plätze! Citizen Science in deiner Stadt
Whether it's health, the environment, or community life: The winners of the competition On your marks! Citizen Science in your city have invited citizens to (co-)research local issues and showcased citizen science as an innovative and forward-looking approach that can be experienced locally. This hands-on publication is the result of three years of competition experience and was produced in collaboration with the six award winners. Their experiences and insights serve as examples of successful collaborations between academia, civil society, and local authorities, providing tips on how to ensure successful implementation. Topics such as the involvement of co-researchers, communication within the project, and the establishment of collaborations are presented in an informative manner, enriched with numerous practical examples. The publication is aimed at local stakeholders from academia, civil society, and local authorities who are interested in citizen science.
