This free course gives an overview of different approaches to evaluation and impact assessment for citizen science projects and presents a set of instruments and how these have been applied in context.
By the end of this course, the learner will:
- Know the difference between evaluation and impact assessment
- Be able to choose an appropriate evaluation and impact assessment strategy for a specific project
- Know how to set up the evaluation process
- Know a series of instruments to be applied for evaluation and impact assessment
