Social media management for citizen science projects

This course is designed to guide citizen science practitioners on how to take the most advantage of social media platforms for their citizen science projects. Prior experience with social media as a regular user is necessary for attending this course.
After attending this course, participants should be able to (1) enumerate the ways that citizen science can benefit from social media, (2) choose the social platforms that best suit their project and (3) implement the best strategies to enhance their social media performance and to boost the benefits generated for the citizen science project.
