This guide is a toolkit to help teachers build Citizen Science into their lessons and other school activities. The guidelines aim to increase opportunities for pupils to learn outdoors, get involved in hands-on activities and become better connected with the environment. Using citizen science, schools can establish productive links with the local environment and the community, working with local people to learn and use new skills.
